Q-Are you taking new patients?

Please call or email to inquire directly about new patient openings.

Q- How long will treatment take?

Any practice of intentional growth and healing is time intensive.  As we let our bodies become a part of treatment, the process becomes a more integrated and thus wholistic.  While there is no timetable for the healing of our hearts, I encourage clients to appreciate first how problems have developed to inform realistic expectations for change. Healing is cumulative.

We keep the end in mind from the beginning, while we continually assess your progress together, we remain attentive to a sense of healing as the process unfolds. I believe it's imperative to honor our process as well as progress as we heal. The resilience, courage, and sense of empowerment felt along the way, is as much a gift as is the freedom of burdensome symptoms.

Q-How often do I need to come in?

Sessions are scheduled weekly. This scheduling structure is designed to keep the a strong container for our work.  Sessions may be scheduled more than once a week if need and time permit.  Sessions that are more than a week apart are done so to accommodate vacations or as we transition to the end of our work together.

Q-Do you accept insurance?

No, I am a cash only practice. I believe my relationship as a provider, is with you, not your insurance company. I provide monthly invoices for clients to submit for third party reimbursement.

Q-What are your office hours?

Wednesday 1pm - 5pm

I am also available for occasional Saturday appointments. However, these are often reserved as supplementary sessions for regularly scheduled clients.

Occasionally, appointments are scheduled on alternate days when arranged together.
